As someone who has been playing csgo for a very long time, I must say this is such a great cheat. There are loads of features and so many customizations that you could choose from from aimbot to visuals. From my experience, I have not had the issue with red trust and that's because I dont go too aggressive on the features. It's definitely a cheat I would recommend!
