Hardware id missmatch

I havr the same issue got it today want to use it hardware missmatch was lil dissapointed cause somehow im.hyped for it and support is sleeping for sure its late and shit happens sometimes im sure someone will soon help me we all just humans i think as soon i reach someone i can get helped
