Then you were playing obvious and got reported which is your own fault. The cheat itself doesn't cause red trust factor.

The cheat it's self does not give you red trust, if u are bad at hiding that you're cheating or are just going blatant then yes u will get red trust off of reports.
But alone the cheat it's self does not alter your trust factor in any way
