Currently windows versions 23H2 ( update kb5044285 and beyond ), as well as 24H2 are unsupported. If you are on one of these versions you need to downgrade. Refer to this to check your windows build https://youtu.be/9tN3cf7jx34
I load into a game and it just crashes, also I made a config and I saved everything the only thing that didnt save was the skins and that took me the most work. Im kinda mad.!
There is nothing you can do about the lost stuff but make sure to enable multi-core rendering, make sure csgo is running windowed/windowed-borderless and run the launcher as admin.
