Vanity auto opens steam then CSGO then doesn't work

For some reason me and my buddy keep having this probelm where when we run vanity, then log in, it opens steam then open CS automatically. Then once it loads vanity doesn't work at all. It was working fine last night although it would occasionally do this. But now it does it every time.
