The score is the number of points you get in a match, you can check it on the scoreboard of your games.

If you don't go above 100 score in matches you should not encounter any issues. Try to play as legit as possible.

In your 4th match, you received over 100 points, it does not matter if you were cheating or not. Your match will still be sent to overwatch for review. You will receive red trust in the meantime of your case being reviewed and if they decide that you did not cheat you will get your trust factor...
